Sirius Customer Support

After wrestling with the fm modulator settings in my truck to remove the static, I broke down and called tech support. Am I glad I did. They ended up sending me a direct connect kit free of charge. This kit connect's the Sirius reciever directly to my antenna connector of my stereo hopefully removing any static. If this doesnt work, I may have to opt for the proffesional install. All in all Sirius gets an A+ in customer support
