Sirius Customer Support

After wrestling with the fm modulator settings in my truck to remove the static, I broke down and called tech support. Am I glad I did. They ended up sending me a direct connect kit free of charge. This kit connect's the Sirius reciever directly to my antenna connector of my stereo hopefully removing any static. If this doesnt work, I may have to opt for the proffesional install. All in all Sirius gets an A+ in customer support

Have I mentioned how much I hate commercials?

After previewing Sirius Satellite Radio over the internet on my PC at work as well as on my Blackjack 2 smartphone, IM ADDICTED. What was I to do but beg borrow and plead until the wife bought me one for fathers day. Im so spoiled I even got to install it early. Have I mentioned that I have the best wife any techno junkie could ever hope for? I picked up the Sportster 4 because it was dirt cheap, leaving me enough money to activate the subscription and procure the home kit as well. While I am still wrestling with the in car kit due to the fm modulator, the house kit is working great. As far as the truck goes, I think I will break down and by the wired connection that connects directly to the antenna. More to come I am sure.
